Cost Estimation:

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  
• Calculate costs by identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
  
• Develop and present estimates for approval, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  

Bid Preparation:

• Prepare and submit bid proposals for various construction projects.
  
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to develop competitive bid strategies.
  
• Ensure all bid documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  

Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination:

• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and subcontractors to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company.
  
• Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
  

Project Analysis:

• Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications and requirements to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Review and validate all estimates to ensure they align with project objectives and budget constraints.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, bids, and project costs.

Collaboration and Communication:

Requirements
