Job Description

We are looking to add a Senior Associate, Media Planner & Buyer to support a premier technology client. You demonstrate a working knowledge of the media space, for Digital. Your This role may sit either in any of our US office locations or remote within continental United States. You will report into the Senior Manager.

You will support both the B2B and B2C lines of business and your time will be split into thirds:

  • Account Management
  • Media Planning (primarily digital)
  • Media Buying (primarily digital)

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping develop communications strategy for brand and assigned campaigns and then performing Account Management duties to keep the client informed
  • Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and brand's goals to best reach target audience
  • Assisting with media plan output, accuracy, and overall excellence
  • Negotiate buys with direct partners & outline appropriate processes and timelines
  • Developing relationships with media community; both internal teams and external partners to develop publisher and higher relationships for exchange of ideas
  • Assisting with QA, budgeting, billing, and reporting

Qualifications

·       1+ years of Planning Experience, (integrated or digital) for either a B2B or B2C brand

·       Exposure to audience research and targeting

·       Exposure to Negotiating Media Buys

·       Comfortability communicating with clients/ stakeholders

·       Experience running Reach Frequencies & conduct Reporting, and Budgeting

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

·       Familiarity with media tools: MediaOcean, Prisma, MRI (or similar/ comparable tools)

Desired, Not Required

·       Experience with both B2B and B2C Media Planning and Buying

·       Experience directly negotiating media buys to direct partners

·       Experience performing Account Management duties

·       Experience working with a technical client/ brand

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000- 83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
