Your missions

The internationally company offering business consulting and CRM implementation services on platforms such as Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & SugarCRM to replace outdated segregated systems. They have a unique approach: they combine technical expertise and strategic business advice.

Company is seeking a skilled SugarCRM Technical Support Specialist.

Location: India or worldwide with Canadian working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on the tickets.
  • Deploy in a development environment.
  • Inform the customer that the solution is ready for testing in developing.
  • Get feedback from the customer regarding the ticket.
  • Deployment in production.
  • Configuration and implementation.
Skill Requirements:
  • SugarCRM experience and certification.
  • Proficiency in the office suite.
  • Working knowledge with virtualization technologies.
  • Working knowledge with AWS, Azure.
  • Experience with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration technologies.
  • Experience with source code management software such as git, SVN.
  • Programming background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP.
  • SQL knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres).
  • Experience with Jira.
