Functionality QA Analyst

We are seeking passionate people to join our team as Functionality Quality Assurance Analysts. In this role, you'll play a vital part in evaluating project quality through manual or automated testing, while also contributing to plans for preventing future failures during production. As a Functionality Quality Assurance Analyst, you will

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Technical review of the Development team's creation
• Review of good practice criteria, acceptance, performance, architecture, compatibility, optimization, and syntax convention/validation
• Collaborate with engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze the results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Define and challenge acceptance criteria specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle

Requirements

• Knowledge in Python, C#, C++ or other equivalent programming language
• Basic knowledge in tracing/profiling
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with defining new processes, tasks, and criteria in projects
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Practical knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proactivity in supporting other team members
• Advanced English in: Writing and Reading; Intermediate in: Speaking
