当社のEmbedded Fintech事業部にてビジネスディベロップメント(事業開発担当)として活躍いただける方を募集いたします。 3つのある当社主要事業のいずれかに配属になる予定です。

【具体的には】
クライアントの課題に対するコンサルティング業務では、以下の業務を行います。

- 新規商談からクロージングまでのフェーズにおけるシナリオプランの企画立案および提案
- 受注後の中長期的な事業成長支援(アップセルやクロスセルなど)
- ステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトを主体的にリード

    We are recruiting individuals to actively contribute as Business Development (Business Development Specialist) in our Embedded Fintech Business Division. You will be assigned to one of our three main business sectors.

    [Specifically]

    Consulting services for client challenges: - Planning and proposing scenario plans from new negotiations to closing - Long-term business growth support after receiving orders (upselling, cross-selling, etc.) - Leading projects proactively, involving stakeholders

    Contribution to regional revitalization: By utilizing our company's infrastructure, local governments and businesses can build electronic services for regional promotion tickets and local currency services. Providing financial services tailored to the characteristics and needs of the region can contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.

Employment system: Full-time

Location: Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

  • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Kojimachi Station" (Exit 2)
  • Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR "Yotsuya Station"
  • Approximately 9 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line/Ginza Line "Akasaka-mitsuke Station" (Exit D)

Annual Salary: 5,000,000 ~ 9,000,000 JPY ・based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
  • Wage structure: Monthly salary
  • Retirement benefits: None

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade, it will fall under flextime, specialist discretionary labor system, or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
  • The above-mentioned hours are the standard, and employee determinations may vary.
  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
