Adoptions Enablement Manager

VitalSource®, is hiring an Adoptions Enablement Manager to contribute to our Customer Operations team located in Raleigh, NC (hybrid) or remotely.

The Adoptions Enablement Manager’s primary responsibility is the coordination with faculty members or course material point of contact at partner institutions for adoption collection/submission for all term starts associated with the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all adoption collection/submission for assigned partner institutions.
• Ensure each partner institution and faculty members are aware of and abiding by adoption timelines correlating to term starts.
• Preemptively identify and coordinate the handling of problem title adoptions.
• Serve as the liaison between stakeholders from Content Ops, Customer Success, Support, and partner institutions for all adoption inquiries.
• Actively work to build partnerships with partner institutions faculty or main POC for all adoption submission focused on collection and retention of all course material business.
• Assist partner institutions with book adoption research and other tasks focused on the booklist.
• Assist in creation of adoption reports and all communications around adoption collection/submission.
• Serve as the primary trainer on all adoption collection tools/programs for assigned partner institutions.
• Serve as the liaison for all Publisher representatives working directly with partner institutions for adoption/course submission.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct meetings in a professional manner with faculty, department heads, Dean’s or other admin.
• Competency with word processing and spreadsheet applications, as well as general computer knowledge.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to prioritize own activities and work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000
