About the Role:

As part of our Project Management Center of Excellence, you'll lead innovative initiatives, collaborating with brilliant minds to drive extraordinary outcomes. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you'll lead complex projects within Husqvarna Group from initiation to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transformative projects from pre-study to closeout, demonstrating seniority in project scope.
• Manage larger and more complex projects.
• Handle project communications and conflict resolution at a senior level.
• Mentor junior project managers, driving their professional development.
• Implement project management best practices, leveraging senior leadership.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, utilizing senior-level strategic insights.
• Contribute significantly to the development of the EPMO as the Center of Excellence for project management.

Your skills and experience:

• We're seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex IT projects (for example, you’ve led ERP roll-outs or similar, large projects in IT).
• From this experience, you got a good knowledge in integrations, data flows and business processes.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile is your toolkit for tackling our dynamic projects.
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Holds a PMI certification? That’s a plus!

Location:

Preferred locations for this position is in Poland at any our site in modern site in Warsaw.

Occasional travel may be required.
