Email Marketing Designer and Integrator

Part time role 20 weekly hours

Location: Remote

We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Designer and Integrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing eye-catching emails and seamlessly integrating them with various platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, WordPress, and payment systems. You will collaborate with our copywriter to ensure the content aligns with the design and functionality of the emails. Additionally, you will conduct A/B testing and manage integrations to optimize our email marketing efforts. If you have experience with Active Campaign and are skilled in graphics or social media, that is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Design and Integration:
  • Design visually appealing and responsive email templates.
  • Collaborate with the copywriter to ensure cohesive and effective email content.
  • Set up and integrate emails with Shopify, Klaviyo, WordPress, and payment systems.
  • Ensure emails are properly tested and optimized for various devices and email clients.
• A/B Testing:
  • Develop and implement A/B tests to optimize email performance.
  • Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions to improve email campaigns.
• Platform Integration:
  • Integrate and manage email marketing tools, including Active Campaign, Shopify, Klaviyo, and WordPress.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that arise.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide email support for up to 20 hours weekly.
  • Collaborate with the team on graphic design and social media tasks, if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email marketing design and integration.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Active Campaign, and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of WordPress and payment integration.
• Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Graphic design and social media skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Active Campaign.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
