Client Overview:
Sagan is representing a leading provider of comprehensive signage and visual graphic solutions. We cater to businesses of all sizes, helping them communicate their message and brand through innovative and effective signage.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction-related projects within the signage industry. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires proficiency in using Google Suite, Hubspot, and Corebridge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage detailed signage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
• Utilize Google Suite for documentation, communication, and project management.
• Use Hubspot for CRM and client communication management.
• Implement Corebridge for project tracking and management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management within the signage or construction industry.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Hubspot, and Corebridge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with clients in a global setting.
• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the signage industry.
