Job Description:
We are looking for talented Graphic Designers to join our team on a 6-12 month contract basis! With the project starting this month, we are eager to bring on professionals who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Transfer: Obtain handover and knowledge transfer from Instructional Designers (ID) and lead designers.
- Content Understanding: Comprehend storyboards (SB) and content thoroughly.
- Templates and Specifications: Understand and apply templates, specifications, and style guides.
- Asset Creation: Design graphical assets including infographics, GIFs, illustrations, and icons.
- Asset Processing: Process and convert design assets efficiently.
- Integration: Integrate design assets with elements like text, graphics, and interactivities.
- Effects and Timeline Development: Apply appropriate effects and develop timelines for content.
- Interactivity Creation: Develop and apply interactivities in authoring tools.
- Audio Integration: Sync audio according to the storyboard.
- Self-Testing: Conduct self-testing of developed solutions.
- Feedback Implementation: Implement internal and external feedback effectively.
- Communication: Maintain up-to-date communication regarding status and progress.
Skills, Experience and Expertise:
- Experience: 2-3 years.
- Articulate Storyline 360: Mastery in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Recent Experience: 2-3 years of recent experience in Articulate Storyline 360, Elucidat, or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Adobe Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Media Encoder.
- Similar Work Experience: Previous experience in similar roles.
- Quick Turnaround: Ability to deliver results promptly.
- Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills with responsive and proactive communication.
