Job Description

As one of Montu’s Performance Managers, you will focus on delivering best in class acquisition campaigns for our full range of products and services.  Our Performance Managers are accountable for creating and implementing integrated performance strategies across Paid Search (Google Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Microsoft Ads) and other paid channels (Facebook, AdRoll, YouTube and more). Campaign effectiveness is critical and this role will require you to collaborate cross functionally with teams including Growth, Brand, CRO and Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage performance marketing strategies across social paid channels to drive brand awareness, traffic and leads.  
  • Take full ownership of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, AdRoll, Google PMAX, Google Demand Gen, YouTube and more. 
  • Work closely with the brand and creative teams to ensure a constant stream of new creatives are supplied to drive performance improvements.
  • Conduct continuous testing and experimentation to drive incremental improvements to campaign performance, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making. 
  • Own all aspects of reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Engaging with the data and analytics teams to improve the sophistication of our reporting and analysis. 
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. Key success metrics are CpL/CAC. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the different divisions of Montu’s  business and key performance objectives
  • Manage your own workflow and responses to ensure agreed deadlines are met, Manage the ongoing testing and optimisation of ad copy, creative and targeting to deliver best outcome (CpL, CAC,  Conversion Rate improvements)
  • Provide comprehensive and articulate reporting to illustrate performance insights around current and future growth opportunities

 

 

Qualifications
  • A thorough understanding of Search & Social bid strategies tailored to CpL  and CAC KPIs 
  • 5+ years of experience managing large budgets on social paid, display and other digital marketing channels. 
  • Experience with digital reporting - analyse data, make optimisation decisions and develop best practice proposals.
  • A thorough understanding of the Google Tag Manager and META Pixels to be able to enhance tracking and conversion goals
  • Expert with key analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker, Supermetrics, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus
  • Comfortable and confident presenting insights and data to the performance and marketing leadership  teams. 
  • Strong understanding of CRO with the ability to suggest tests & landing page strategies that drive higher conversion rates.
