Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Creatio Functional Support. You will be primarily responsible for the communication with customers to gather requirements, analyze them and forward it to developement team.

Requirements:

  • Creatio CRM knowledge: knowledge on the administration of the CRM system and knowledge on no-code configurations of the CRM system.
  • Platform understanding.
  • Business practice.
  • Super-user certification.
  • Paying attention to response time (24-48 hours).
  • Some ticket allocation, as necessary/if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer facing: email, phone calls.
  • Business analysis.
  • Dealing with tickets: review and assigning.
  • Contacting the customer to get more info if needed.
  • Escalating the ticket if more info is needed.
  • Informing the customer on the progress.
  • Ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Surveing the customer.
