Lead Front-end Software Engineer - InPost Fresh

We are a team that builds the best FMCG e-commerce in Poland. We already have over 250,000 products in our offer, we work with over 200 sellers, and our mobile application has already been downloaded by almost 1.5 million users in Poland. Due to the fact that our product consists of many elements that must work together efficiently and be managed effectively, we are looking for a Front-end Software Engineer to lead the frontend development of our web application.

Your mission

• Design and write code for new functionalities.
• Take initiative in proposing technical solutions.
• Ensure state-of-the-art conception and implementation in respect to the platform's global architecture.
• Develop features and associated unit & integration tests.
• Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Help in continuous improvements of team practices.
• Cooperate with backend and frontend developers.
• Organize work of developers in the team
• Be responsible for code quality in the project
• Review technical solutions proposed by other team members

The tech-stack and tools

• Front-End: Typescript Next.js, PayloadCMS, CSS
• Infrastructure: AWS Beanstalk, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, Lambda
• Others: Jira, GitLab

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of commercial experience working with typescript (frontend). Preferably, React/Next.js
• At least 5 years of commercial experience in IT as developer working with web applications
• Very good command of Polish and English
• Good knowlege of front-end architecture and design patterns
