Your missions

What you'll do:

As the Director, Insights, you will be responsible for providing critical insights by owning all of the sales insights, analyzing the data, forming conclusions and recommendations, and producing insights that will help shape effective strategies to achieve our business outcomes. You will report to the SVP of GTM Strategy & Operations.

Your role will extend beyond strategy formulation to encompass people leadership responsibilities, ensuring the alignment and empowerment of teams for success. 

  • Develop models and analysis to measure sales performance
  • Identifying and analyzing industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies and monitoring current/potential customer trends
  • Model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies
  • Support the Sales team on strategic planning, sales strategy, and special projects
  • Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop operational plans
  • Build presentations for Executive team meetings related to various sales topics
  • Partner with the Sales, Marketing, HR, Business Ops, and Finance teams to identify new sales strategies and other opportunities to continuously improve the Sales organization’s impact and efficiency
  • Build a team of Revenue Operations analysts 

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Experience in leading sales insights, analytics, and strategy – 10+ years' experience preferred. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies based on data findings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 

 

The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $230,000 annually.

Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
