Job description

SP Associates is recruiting for an opening for a Process Engineer role with a Filament Yarn Manufacturing operation located in the Greensboro, NC area. 

 

Summary

The job involves working closely with their plant technical head and learn all the process and technical skills and assist in daily plant technical activities. Hands on interaction with the process equipment and interaction with the associates at the production floor is involved. Training included. 

 

This is not a remote work position, and relocation assistance would be provided. No travel is involved.

 

Requirements: 

  • 4 year Textile Engineering Degree
  • 0-3 years of process engineering experience in a textile related field. 
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Hands on or classroom exposure to filament yarn processes is a plus
