Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Process Automation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational enhancement and apply technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Develop and implement process automation solutions using relevant tools and software.
  • Document new processes and provide clear, user-friendly guides to support adoption across the team.
  • Monitor automated processes for performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to align process changes with broader business goals.
  • Provide training and support to team members on newly automated processes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of operational workflows in a business setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a similar role supporting process automation for a remote team
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, and collaboration tools commonly used by distributed teams
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
