Manager ESG Data and Analytics

Reporting into the ESG Reporting Director you will lead the development of all aspects of ESG data management and control, sustainability modelling and performance reporting. This is a broad role, with global exposure and significant opportunities to make an impact in a number of areas in the Husqvarna Group.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analysis, selection and implementation of a new performance reporting system to achieve reliable ESG data, controls and reporting for various ESG-related reporting requirements
• Aligning ESG data solutions with evolving corporate architecture
• Driving the work with our IT partners to incorporate ESG reporting data needs
• Translating reporting requirements into business processes followed by successful implementation (EU Taxonomy, CBAM, EU ETS2, etc.)
• Ability to transform processes from as-is to to-be
• Sustainability modelling and performance tracking
• Acting as a product manager for current IT solutions
• Supporting ESG Reporting and Controlling team with ongoing operations

What We Are Looking For From You

• Experience in successful ESG reporting system implementation
• Experience in sustainability data, analytics, reporting and controls, data management systems
• Strategic thinker with analytical skills, able to translate business model and commercial activities into reporting process and architecture
• Story teller - able to translate complex ESG data and reports in a simple, easy to understand and actionable way
• Strong technical sustainability accounting skills (Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions) with in-depth understanding of existing and emerging sustainability reporting legislation and modelling techniques, would be a plus
