Senior Product Manager

Evidation is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product team. A great candidate is someone who has previous experience owning a complex set of product features or an end-to-end product with minimal leadership support, improving existing features and products to deliver new value, and influencing the overall product direction based on their business knowledge, customer knowledge, and product knowledge. The ability to demonstrate customer/user empathy, strategic thinking, problem solving, and curiosity, as well as to deliver customer value and positive impact on Evidation’s business goals, are must-haves for this person to be successful in our dynamic market environment.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Conducts product discovery through customer conversations and with customer-facing peers
• Defines problems to be solved based on customer value and business impact; Drives stakeholders to a decision point on investment
• Leads cross-functional groups to manage the creation and delivery of new features and products
• Monitors key metrics to ensure product quality and performance; Adjusts as necessary to ensure positive impact
• Articulates the product roadmap, direction and status, customer value, and business impact to internal stakeholders; Partners with Program Management and Marketing for external communications

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of Product Management or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: Health Tech domain experience
• Preferred: Prior experience working on Data and/or Platform products
• Preferred: Graduate degree or additional Product Management certifications

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $134,640-$181,200 + bonus + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
