As Director of Performance Marketing, you will be leading every aspect of our digital marketing outreach across conception, creation, delivery and reporting for our brand and products. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and create content, while also collaborating with other teams on ideas and solutions. You have a thorough understanding of how to create and manage campaigns to drive engagement and conversion. You understand how to interpret the resulting numbers and data, manage the technology and tools behind it all. You have a keen eye for marketing trends and attention to detail to help continue to grow our brand and product.

This role can be local, or remote with occasional travel to our Fort Worth, TX office.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute and manage day to day digital marketing strategy including Paid, Email and Social channels
  • Understand our customers, and look for new and creative ways to reach them
  • Drive the channel strategy and deliver best in class execution across setup, creation, optimization, delivery, and reporting
  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics, both online and offline customer and engagement KPIs
  • Manage external marketing partner agency relationships
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the adoption of the latest tools, techniques and strategies.

 

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of digital media experience, 2+ years people management
  • Strong knowledge of Hubspot CRM and marketing system
  • Experience marketing to the Education market preferred
  • Experience managing large-scale cross channel digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of major ad platform algorithms, ad products, optimization levers, and roadmaps also pertaining to broader industry developments impacting our program
  • Proven ability to develop media campaigns or working directly with media teams
  • Familiarity with media campaign setup across platforms such as Google, Meta and others
  • Proven experience managing high performing teams
  • Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment, with the ability to interpret, analyze and present metrics and trends
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence at all levels within the organization
  • Proven expertise in building audiences and sales utilizing email, paid and social channels
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
