  • Maintain an effective understanding of standard eDiscovery tools, processes, and best practices, as well as technical proficiency in all relevant client-facing platforms supported at Lighthouse (Relativity, Brainspace, and Lighthouse proprietary review and analytics tools); including demos and documentation
  • Proactively identify potential pain points in matter workflows, and provide consultation on best practices, along with recommendations to improve and address
  • Execute project-specific tasks in Relativity where needed, including searching and complex batching, privilege review and logging, and quality control
  • Monitor and manage project communication and workflows, setting proper expectations for scope and deadlines
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse standard workflows and critical paths
  • Establish an excellent working relationship with Lighthouse peers across Service Delivery and assist in creating a collaborative, positive, and uplifting environment
  • Partner with Review Consulting Leadership and Sales to provide ongoing client support and program development, including client-facing presentations and demonstrations
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
  • Partner with Review Consulting Leadership to define and execute the strategic direction of our tools and processes
  • Support internal process improvement initiatives as a primary stakeholder for the Review Consulting team, to include developing workflow documentation and training
  • Perform other related duties assigned

Bring your passion and together we will shine.  It would also be great if you have the following:

  • Ability to earn new certifications in-house and with Lighthouse affiliated services.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Practical knowledge and experience with litigation eDiscovery process and objectives, and review workflow best practices
  • Experience with eDiscovery technologies including Nuix, Brainspace, and Relativity, with Relativity certifications, especially Relativity Certified Administrators (RCA), strongly preferred, though not required
  • Experience consulting with clients on workflow design based on project goals, making recommendations based on best practices and technological capabilities
  • Strong analytical and logical skills, and technical aptitude
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, including ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios, and solve problems in situations where limited information or standards exist
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to tailor technical discussions toward clientele, and explain highly technical processes in a way clients can easily absorb
  • Assure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all aspects of delivery
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written or oral form, remain flexible in unanticipated situations, and manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
