Job Opening: Business Development Executive – Japan & East Asia
Company Overview: We are a leading trading company dedicated to providing global trading services. With a strong presence in the UK, we are expanding our business into the dynamic markets of Japan and East Asia. As a rapidly expanding team, we already have business development executives in Dubai, Canada, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. Now, we are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and pioneer the Japanese and East Asian markets.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive for Japan & East Asia, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region. You will work closely with our global business development team to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Japan and East Asia markets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
· Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
· Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Convincing experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
· Deep understanding of the Japan and East Asia markets, business practices, and cultural nuances.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· MUST be Fluent in Chinese, Japanese (written and spoken) and English.
