Position Summary

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to strengthen our Nestle Professional team in Romania, on the position of:

 

Sales Controlling Analyst (m/f)

A day in the life of Sales Controlling Analyst

•          Prepare data (GPS, TTS) for  MBP/ ICP process and connected meetings; Quantifies and validates defined number of drivers & assumptions relevant to the business plans
•          Quantifies impact of different scenarios when evaluating forecasts or business plans / strategy
•          Support in Forecast preparation and System load

•          Provides regular reporting and analysis of actual Sales and TTS (by country/ customer/category)
•           Prepare customer & sales specific ad hoc analysis
•           Identifies basic irregularities or material variances in financial figures that help identify business issues or opportunities based on sound financial analysis
•           Delivers financial analyses to the business following an agreed upon reporting framework
•           Carries out all relevant / established set of cross-checks and reconciliations to ensure consistency and plausibility of financial figures
•           Caries out timely and accurate data capture according to a defined set of standard procedures, ensuring that all financial data is backed by relevant supporting documentation

•           Prepare specification for rebates 
•           Run report to check open accruals

•           Delivers complete, accurate and timely financial statements and reports according to a defined set of requirements for the business

 

What will make you successful

Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking who has Finance/Controlling  experience and university degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.

You have financial knowledge and ability to understand business models in FMCG industry as well as ability to multitask, good planning and prioritization abilities.

You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken and you are advanced user of MS Office package.
