This is a remote position.

Full-time
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST
includes 1 hr unpaid break



Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Engagement:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with
accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and deadlines.
o Conduct one-on-one consultations with candidates to understand their academic
goals, interests, and aspirations.

2. Admissions Support:
o Guide candidates through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to
enrollment, including application preparation and submission.
o Assist candidates in gathering required documents, such as transcripts,
recommendation letters, and test scores.
o Provide guidance on scholarship and financial aid opportunities.

3. Application Management:
o Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and application progress.
o Ensure that candidates meet all application deadlines and requirements.
o Collaborate with admissions officers at partner institutions to facilitate the review
and decision-making process.

4. Communication and Outreach:
o Develop and implement communication strategies to keep candidates informed
about important updates, deadlines, and events.
o Conduct outreach campaigns to identify and engage potential candidates.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Compile and analyze data related to candidate demographics, application trends,
and outcomes.
o Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of admissions strategies and identify
areas for improvement.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of the admissions process for universities and colleges.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated commitment to the success of candidates.
