Job Description:

Main Tasks:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.

  • Establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience within the dental sector or a minimum of four years in achievement-oriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.

Competences and Critical Success Factors:
  • Strong communication and sales skills.

  • Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).

  • Cold-calling and prospecting capabilities.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude.

  • Able to work well with peers and across functions.

  • Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs.

  • Proficiency in English is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.

  • Able to lead by example.

 

Weekly Time Allocation guidelines:
  • 50% prospective customers & 50% existing customers

  • Remote mainly on the road visiting customers.

  • Be present at different kind of activities & meetings.

  • Creation and follow up of opportunities in CRM.

  • Follow CVM/CRM recommendations on the number of visits for each customer segments.
