Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with extensive experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and a deep understanding of CMDB best practices, implementation, and maintenance. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and ensuring the integrity of the CMDB.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
  • Develop and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
  • Perform regular CMDB audits and reconciliation activities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM and CMDB.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB implementation and management.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
