The Lead Talent Operations Specialist will play an integral role in expanding the Talent Operations and Support Operations function, globally. This role will focus on building, automating, optimizing, and designing the infrastructure that supports an effective recruiter, candidate and employee experience. If building, leading, challenging, implementing, and optimizing processes excite you -  joining our Support Operations is where you belong! 

This  role will be embedded within our Support Operations team which partners with our Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and broader organization (globally). 

What you’ll do: 

  • Continually assess and improve recruiting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Partner closely and  across functions (Legal, HR Technology, Total Rewards) to implement new processes

  • Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Assess existing manual processes and help optimize

  • Collaborate with TA managers and leaders to enable, optimize, and standardize processes globally

  • Lead position management tracking and improvements in Workday 

  • Run point on TA system renewals, vendor management, and assessment

  • Run point on reporting for TA Ops & TA (ad hoc requests)

  • Lead a team of 4 Recruiting Coordinators 


What you’ll bring: 

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in People Operations; ideally supporting HR/TA transactions and partners

  • You’ve driven cross-functional projects and programs, and have system implementation experience 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Proficiency in Workday and other scheduling tools

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Experience managing Coordinating teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $85,000 CAD - $127,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
