Job Overview:
As the Growth Product Lead at Miso, your role goes beyond traditional product management and marketing. Your primary objective is not only product development and management, but more importantly, driving significant revenue growth.
In your role as the growth lead, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing & product teams, enhancing the customer journey from 'service awareness → acquisition → conversion to purchase → loyalty enhancement'. You'll leverage data to make informed decisions and design, as well as validate a range of experiments to boost customer demand. The growth product team is instrumental in launching new products and services. You'll need a profound understanding of unit economics, along with an ability to grasp how elements such as customer acquisition and retention interconnect, how to measure them, and how to model these changes.
Key responsibilities:
Launch and grow new products and services rapidly.
Execute experiments on business model improvements & product features - we prioritize major impact over incremental optimization tests.
Utilize data from diverse channels to discover potent opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
Perform deep dives into unit economics, adjust product pricing, and model the impact of these changes on our revenue.
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand their challenges and needs. This insight will guide the prioritization of key features and shape Miso's marketing efforts for optimal impact.
Understand the dynamics of a two-sided marketplace in-depth and optimize market liquidity.
Excellent English communication skills are required to work with our diverse, multilingual team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You bring a varied background in design, engineering, marketing, product management, finance, or entrepreneurship,but most importantly, you have launched substantial customer-facing features that drove significant business growth.
You can make instinctive decisions using your product sense when data is scarce (you often won't have concrete data for new projects)
You appreciate the power of storytelling
You are an innovative thinker and an analytical problem solver, adept at quickly understanding market and customer dynamics and deriving effective solutions
You are skilled in understanding various marketing funnels and product data analytics
You demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and a robust drive for growth
