The role

We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for health and elder care and a sales mindset to join our growing team. Isaac Health offers medical consultations, therapy sessions, and cognitive assessments for the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Related Diseases (ADRD). This position will conduct initial screening consultations and assessments with patients and their caregivers, coordinate sessions with medical providers and home care aides, as well as interact with other members of patients’ care team to coordinate their care.

• Motivated and Goal-Oriented: You are driven to achieve conversion goals while maintaining high standards of patient care. You have a sales mindset and find it easy to interact with and convince others, and to promote health-related behaviors.
• Experienced: You understand how to navigate in a healthcare environment, including talking to fellow medical professionals, handling sensitive data, coordinating labs / imaging appointments, and collecting relevant patient information. Experience with people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s preferred.
• Tech Savvy: You know how to troubleshoot your own system and can help others with issues if they arise.
• Independent: You thrive in a remote environment!
