Your missions

At Neostella, we take a customer-centric approach and use cutting-edge technologies to deliver automation solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients’ business. We help our clients stay ahead of the competition with groundbreaking enterprise automation software and solutions designed to unlock their full potential. In order to continue our growth, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect & Full Stack Developer.

You’ll be joining a team of experienced Salesforce developers and engineers, and working with Salesforce product owners and architects on an established Salesforce ISV application, Work-Relay.  Acquired by Neostella in 2022, Work-Relay runs operations for some of the world’s largest companies across many industries and use cases.

The Senior Salesforce Technical Architect & Full Stack Developer dual role requires an individual who can architect scalable Salesforce solutions and also actively engage in hands-on development. Furthermore, a history of effective collaboration with remote offshore teams and strong expertise in the Work-Relay solution (or similar Salesforce ISV application development), and a commitment to working closely with our customer success team, delivering professional services to Work-Relay clients, is essential. Curious what your day would look like as a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect & Full Stack Developer? Check out the details below!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architectural guidance and participate in the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Convert intricate business requirements into streamlined, scalable, full-stack Salesforce solutions.
  • Facilitate technical design sessions, architect and document well-rounded solutions, and draft precise technical design specifications.
  • Dive deep into hands-on full-stack coding while adhering to best practices.
  • Supervise Salesforce development teams, acting as a mentor and the primary full-stack developer.
  • Evaluate Salesforce-related third-party applications for functional fit and full-stack integration potential.
  • Mentor junior developers, accentuating meticulous, full-stack development practices and stringent code standards.
  • Stay abreast of Salesforce features, full-stack development methodologies, and industry innovations.
  • Address complex Salesforce technical challenges head-on.
  • Forge strong collaborations with remote offshore teams, facilitating timely communication, clear requirements, and smooth workflows.
  • Leverage expertise in the Work-Relay solution to guide and implement business processes.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team, acting as a Tier 2 support and delivering exceptional professional services to Work-Relay clients.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce full-stack development, emphasizing proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and both front-end and back-end integrations.
  • Demonstrated capability in working with and leading remote offshore teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce's full-stack architecture.
  • Practical experience and in-depth understanding of the Work-Relay solution (or similar), especially in digitizing, configuring and implementing business processes.
  • Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Proven history of managing intricate development projects and delivering scalable full-stack solutions.
  • Mastery over API integrations (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and a keen understanding of diverse Salesforce integration techniques.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to juggle architectural and full-stack development responsibilities.
  • The aptitude to lead and upskill other developers.
  • Resilient problem-solving acumen.
  • Exceptional communication skills, essential for remote and on-site collaborations.

Technical Environment:

  • Salesforce Ecosystem
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • GitHub
  • Jira
