We are looking for an experienced OpenText QA Specialist to join our client's consulting team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in QA for Enterprise Application Development & Maintenance, particularly in client-server environments. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring top-notch quality assurance throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing of forms design and specification within the OpenText platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications developed and maintained using OpenText.
  • Provide architectural and application design guidance to implement forms effectively within the OpenText environment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of OpenText applications.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of OpenText to contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in OpenText and CCM to enhance the quality and efficiency of QA processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective QA strategies and test plans.
  • Assist in template design and development using OpenText, leveraging expertise to ensure templates meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Mentor and support junior QA team members, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
