Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled (COO) to join our executive team and lead our operations to new heights. As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and scaling our business globally.

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
    • Provide leadership and direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee all operational aspects of the company.
    • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to optimize productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Delivery Excellence:
    • Drive operational efficiency and service quality across our global delivery centers.
    • Define and develop strategies to optimize our cost-to-serve
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure profitability and sustainability.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the company's reputation and assets.

Qualifications
  • 10 or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting firm.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead effectively through change.
