- Manage end-to-end recruitment process incl. job descriptions, CV selection, interviews
- Follow up on onboarding and recruitment tracking dashboards
- Develop employer branding, establish partnerships with technical schools
- Participate in recruitment events, contribute to cross-department HR projects
- Support employees in skills development and career planning
