The Role
As a Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing high-quality goods and services, through finding, evaluating and choosing the best vendors and options, while managing supplier relationships. Your objective will be to secure the best possible conditions for the company, ensuring optimal utilization of company funds. This role demands a strategic approach to procurement across various spend categories, leveraging in-depth market analysis, and continuous evaluation of suppliers to drive cost efficiency and compliance.
The role is available in Ukraine and Poland.
What You Will DoDemand forecasting: predict and manage future demand to align with procurement activitiesCost and risk analysis: conduct cost analysis, scenario planning, and risk management to optimize purchasing decisionsMarket analysis: monitor price and market trends to adjust procurement strategiesSupplier management: identify, evaluate, and partner with reliable suppliers, ensuring performance meets company standardsContract and compliance management: ensure new and existing contracts comply with company requirements and policiesStrategy execution: develop and implement effective procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiencyStakeholder collaboration: ensure clear documentation of requirements and maintain transparency in the selection and contracting processesWhat We Look ForMinimum of 3 years in procurement, with at least 2 years in IT/marketing international procurementProficient knowledge of the Procurement Management FrameworkStrong understanding of IT/marketing procurement categoriesExpertise in cost/benefit analysisAdvanced negotiation skillsProficient project management skillsStrong analytical thinking abilitiesProficiency in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written Nice To HaveExperience with purchasing software and SaaS What We Offer
