The Role

As a Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing high-quality goods and services, through finding, evaluating and choosing the best vendors and options, while managing supplier relationships. Your objective will be to secure the best possible conditions for the company, ensuring optimal utilization of company funds. This role demands a strategic approach to procurement across various spend categories, leveraging in-depth market analysis, and continuous evaluation of suppliers to drive cost efficiency and compliance.

The role is available in Ukraine and Poland.

What You Will Do
  • Demand forecasting: predict and manage future demand to align with procurement activities
  • Cost and risk analysis: conduct cost analysis, scenario planning, and risk management to optimize purchasing decisions
  • Market analysis: monitor price and market trends to adjust procurement strategies
  • Supplier management: identify, evaluate, and partner with reliable suppliers, ensuring performance meets company standards
  • Contract and compliance management: ensure new and existing contracts comply with company requirements and policies
  • Strategy execution: develop and implement effective procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Stakeholder collaboration: ensure clear documentation of requirements and maintain transparency in the selection and contracting processes

  • What We Look For
  • Minimum of 3 years in procurement, with at least 2 years in IT/marketing international procurement
  • Proficient knowledge of the Procurement Management Framework
  • Strong understanding of IT/marketing procurement categories
  • Expertise in cost/benefit analysis
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Proficient project management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English (at least B2 level), both oral and written
