Who we are

Prepory is a premier college admissions counseling organization. Our innovative, holistic approach to college counseling is reshaping how students apply to college, find their "fit," and ultimately receive admission to their dream schools.

Through our college admissions practice, we guide high school students along their college admissions and application journey. We have worked with over 9,000 students globally, and this would not be possible without our amazing college admissions coaches. We are looking for individuals who can serve as reliable, passionate, and informative guides for students who are embarking on their college admissions journey.

  • Quickly build supportive, nurturing, and professional student relationships that hold students to high standards.
  • Analyze student materials and assessments to successfully support student progress by providing personalized advising tailored to each student’s academic and extracurricular opportunities with a focus on intentional, lasting involvement.
  • Lead students in the exploration, research, and discernment of an intentional list of extracurricular activities and summer plans that reflects their academic, professional and personal interests.
  • Assist in the brainstorming and development of college admissions materials, such as personal statements, supplemental essays, and activities lists, that capture the student’s narrative.
  • Communicate regularly with students to identify student needs, goals, and expectations for the college admissions journey.
  • Tailor guidance with awareness of each student’s geographic location, financial needs, and long-term goals.
  • Complete reports with each student’s attendance and performance metrics throughout the duration of the program.
  • Conduct research as needed to support your advising sessions, address inquiries, or present valuable information/resources to your students and their families.
