JOB DESCRIPTION

On our conversation platform, we have committed, curious, and communicative teachers who are ready to make things happen! Our structure offers a dynamic environment where you will have access to training and exclusive materials from Fluency Academy.

We have initial stages for you to access the Fluency Talks Expedition, an exclusive training program to learn our method and conduct conversation classes with Fluency quality. Additionally, you will learn how to use our conversation platform. After this training, you will receive a certificate and gain access to our community of teachers from Brazil and around the world!

This process will prepare you to become a Fluency Talks Conversation Teacher.

If you accept this challenge, you will have the opportunity to become a Fluency Talks Teacher. Your main activity will be to conduct classes with direct interaction with students, assisting in their development during the course, resolving doubts, and improving fluency. All of this in a new and entirely online learning environment!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Teach basic, intermediate, and advanced language skills, including reading, writing, and conversation.
• Conduct classes efficiently using our methodology according to the lesson content.
• Study and review the support materials prior to the classes to successfully incorporate the full duration of each lesson.
• Participate in monthly meetings for agenda discussions, project development, student feedback, and content.
• Evaluate and map the student's development/progress with the help of available tools.
• Manage interpersonal dynamics to ensure the class is conducive to learning.
• Ensure that your equipment (computer, camera, headset, and microphone) is in good working condition.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess fluent proficiency in English.
• A degree in the field is desirable.
• Availability for a weekly schedule.
• Possess equipment (computer, webcam, headset, and microphone) in good working condition.
