【 What you'll do 】

• Data Entry and Updates: Assist in downloading and updating inventory data from Amazon and our ERP system to keep stock records accurate.
• Global Inventory Management: Support maintaining and updating global inventory records using Google Sheets, and coordinate with warehouse suppliers to ensure all inventory data is current and accurate.
• Payment Application Management: Help in submitting and managing warehouse payment applications within the ERP system.
• SOP Development: Assist in creating and uploading Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to the Operations Data Center to streamline warehouse processes.

【Who you are】

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to ask questions when needed.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in planning and executing activities is a plus.
