Theoria is seeking individuals to join its team to oversee and optimize its value-based care efforts, including the ACO REACH program, Medicare Advantage, and the GUIDE model. VP will be responsible for managing Theoria’s participation in ACO REACH, GUIDE, and MA VBC contracting and oversight on key program metrics. This role will work closely with operations, finance, strategy, and IT. The candidate must have extensive experience in value-based care, preferably with ACO REACH and MA.

Shift Structure 

• Monday- Friday and some weekends 8:30am-5pm EST, flexible 
• Remote

Essential Functions and Responsibilities 

• Manage Theoria’s ACO REACH program 
• Manage Theoria’s MA VBC contracting efforts
• Manage Theoria’s GUIDE program 
• Monitor and oversee key metrics with respect to ACO REACH, MA, and GUIDE 
• Build processes for ACO REACH, MA, and GUIDE 
• Keep up to date with industry trends and identify new VBC opportunities 
• Oversee all aspects of Theoria’s VBC operations / efforts 

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• 10+ years of experience in value-based care
• Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry and a strong financial background
• Experience in ACO REACH and Medicare Advantage is a must
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Agility, strong leadership, problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite of applications
• Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Technology and software including but not limited to Monday, Slack, Google suite of Applications, spreadsheets (Excel), Zoom, MS Teams
• Must have reliable internet connection  

Physical Requirements

• Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
• Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary 135,000-150,000 DOE
• 401k
