576 - 3D Artist

We need an English-fluent 3D Artist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Compose scenes of interior and exterior environments for residential and commercial architectural projects.
• Use 3D Studio Max to import, adjust, materialize and texture models.
• Using 3D Studio Max to render and animate scenes.
• Work with designated Creative Lead and Creative Director to create architectural renderings.
• Work closely with other team members to translate design concepts. 
• Produce finished renderings for presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture / Interior Design / Architectural Visualisation / Experience in Industry desired but not necessary.
• 3+ years of experience as a 3D artist.
• Proficiency in 3D Max and Photoshop.
• Fundamental 3D modeling experience.
• Professional experience in V-Ray, 3D Studio Max, AutoCad, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating realistic and detailed architectural 3D models.
• An understanding of and ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Be able to produce high quality architectural renderings in a limited timeframe.
• Experience in modeling, lighting and post production.
• Fundamental knowledge of photography and studio lighting techniques.
• Ability to exhibit design sensitivity.
• Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of architectural, product and/or retail renderings.
• A keen eye for visual communications and an interest in photography.
• Ability to manage time effectively, often working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and communicate effectively within a broader creative team.
• High level organizational skills.

• Ability to interpret a brief accurately and add artistic flare.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
