We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to lead our advocacy projects and assist with day-to-day operations. This role will help the Senior Team focus on growing our vision.

We're looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll help expand our project capacity by leading the tactical execution of all advocacy projects and assisting with day-to-day operations. Your work will enable the Senior Team to focus on growing our overall vision and making a greater impact.
In this role, you will:
🔹 Manage the day-to-day tactical fulfilment of our advocacy campaigns
🔹 Improve and update campaign project management checklists and program SOPs
🔹 Organise and manage internal meetings and post-meeting follow-ups
🔹 Assist the senior team with assigned administrative tasks
Working Hours ⏰: The hours are flexible, with the understanding that this is a full-time role, and as the Digital Project Manager you’ll be an integral part of the day-to-day operations.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Experience with project management tools
✅ Strong leadership skills
✅ Effective written and verbal communication skills
✅ Excellent organisation skills & excellent attention to detail
✅ Creative problem-solving abilities
✅ Proficiency with different digital applications
✅ Capability to create and curate visually appealing content
Brownie points for:
✅ Experience with ClickUp, GetGuru, HubSpot, Canva, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, and ChatGPT
✅ Background in direct marketing and digital marketing
