 Minimum Requirements:

• Overall responsibility for delivery of high-quality services on schedule and on budget.
• Lead all technical, financial, administrative, and personnel aspects of the program.
• Primary interface with client.
• Resource allocation and management.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Providing cloud strategic and technical advisory support.
• Program/Project planning and management.
• Team Organization.
• Risk Management.
• 15+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale, federal Cloud modernizations in an Agile framework, with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Architecting multiple simultaneous CSP (AWS, Azure, and GCP) modernizations across all phases of systems development lifecycle.
• Migration of legacy, siloed applications to Cloud. 
• Working with multiple federal governance boards.
• Cyber Security including Zero Trust and federal ATO process and Data Analytics.
