Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Clinical Pharmacist (Pain Management) at Jcksonville Air Force Base, in Jacksonville, FL.  The Clinical Pharmacist position offers:

• M-F - hours between 6:00am - 6:00pm (8.5 hr to 9 hour shift with 30 min to 60 min meal break)
• No weekends or holidays

Job Requirements:

The Pharmacist will have the following requirements:

• Board Certified in one or more of the pharmacy specialties recognized by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties, or
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy, or
• Documentation of appropriate education, training, and/or CME in the practice of clinical pharmacy
• Any state license
• Minimum 12 months experience working with chronic pain and/or palliative care medicine.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
