Your missions

Spanish-Speaking Property Management

Remote: 3pm -11pm 

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Property Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with Spanish-speaking tenants and stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including tenant interactions, regulatory filings, and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking tenants to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
  • Manage lease agreements, including lease renewals, rent collections, and enforcement of lease terms.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs by liaising with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Handle regulatory filings, including rental registrations, occupancy permits, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including financial reports, tenant records, and property maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance and occupancy rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting property management.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proven experience in property management or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
