Your missions

As a Design Team Leader, you will:
  • oversee the team of Designers in Poland and Colombia
  • participate in projects for clients from different countries all around the world
  • be responsible for setting standards and assuring quality of designs for internal and client projects
  • delivering exceptional design in web, mobile, UX, UI, especially layout (illustration is a plus) and print
  • supporting Copywriters, Social Media Managers, Account / Project Managers in developing creative ideas/strategies and in in preparing offers (including presentations)
  • providing consultancies and advisory to deliver tailored-made solutions in terms of branding for Performante our clients in different countries
