About this role

Our Digital & Technology Consulting Team includes the most senior people at Flying Bisons, such as Senior Partners. We bring together the best of Flying Bisons' digital and tech capabilities and, with support from other departments, help our clients use digital technology to drive their businesses and transform their digital platforms. As part of the Consulting team, you'll have the opportunity to work on products that reach millions of customers, shaping their digital experience.

You will typically work on projects across various industries and functions (though we've recently focused mainly on the Public Sector, Banking, Telco, and E-commerce). You will help our clients develop breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses in technology areas.

As a Development Consultant, you'll lead or be part of a development team responsible for starting high-stakes projects on a large scale. This includes kicking off projects at the initial stage, from Discovery through Strategy to Concept & Validation (MVP / POC). You'll then partner with a Product Manager and Project Manager, who will advance the project into Product Delivery.

How will your day-to-day work look like?

• Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements
• Project delivery, encompassing stages from Discovery through Strategy to Concept & Validation
• Developing and articulating comprehensive IT product development strategies, including mobile applications, design system libraries, e-commerce platforms, and web applications
• Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to ideate and validate concepts, leading to MVPs and POCs creation.
• Coordinating and managing development teams
• Collaborating closely with all other departments
• Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends
• Preparing and presenting project proposals, progress reports, and final deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Supporting clients in the implementation and adoption of technology solutions, providing post-delivery support and guidance as needed
• Direct reporting to a Senior Partner

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• Proven experience as a Technology Consultant or in a similar consulting role, with a strong track record of successful IT project delivery
• Experience in collaborating with clients (mid-market and large enterprises) from different industries, conducting discovery calls, and gathering detailed requirements to develop initial project estimates and technical recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to create and present business proposals, including project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• In-depth knowledge of IT product development lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, concept, and validation stages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of written and spoken English (C1 level)
• A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field;
• Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and working effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Navigating Uncertainty: Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively in situations of ambiguity and uncertainty. Proactively seek answers and solutions

Nice to haves

• Fluency in additional languages (i.e. Arabic)
• Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Figma, Google Analytics, and Hotjar

How does the team look like?

You will join our 4-people Consulting team led by Łukasz Kowalski - Co-founder & Senior Digital Consultant. You will be reporting directly to Łukasz.
