The Role
iDeals Sales team has been a driving force behind our impressive 30%+ year-over-year growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To further maximize the effectiveness of our sales organization and accelerate this momentum, we are seeking a result-driven Senior Sales Enablement Specialist.
We are seeking a strategically-minded, proactive individual who can deeply understand the intricacies of our product and the needs of our customers and market. In this role, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation on product features and develop and deliver impactful learning activities. By equipping our Sales team with essential knowledge and resources, you will play a crucial role in driving our rapid global expansion.
What You Will DoDevelop and implement a global product enablement strategy for all sales teams, including Account Executives (AEs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs)Create and maintain comprehensive sales product knowledge, including user guides and FAQsTranslate technical product features into informative and engaging sales communicationsCreate online and in-person training on product features and functionality to enable teams to successfully demo the platformCollaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teamsDesign, execute, and enhance product-focused enablement programs and resourcesMaintain and enhance knowledge-sharing systems, sales collateral, and assets to ensure real-time access to up-to-date information on product features and servicesAssess product enablement needs and manage feedback loops by partnering with internal stakeholders across departmentsManage enablement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely deliveryRegularly analyze competitors’ products and strategies to identify differentiation opportunities
What We Look For3+ years of a proven background in Product Enablement, Product Marketing, or Revenue Operations within a B2B tech organization (SaaS environment would be a plus)Proficiency in English (C1+), both verbal and writtenExperience delivering end-to-end product training and creating and maintaining a product knowledge baseAccomplished project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex information into engaging sales materialsPassion for sharing your knowledge and motivating others + training skills
