Overview:

Position: CSPC Representative 1

 

Location: Tustin or Remote

 

Position Summary: Customer Service based position. Contacting borrowers to obtain post Fund conditions.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for document re-signs (Wet signatures, DocuSign, collateral resigns, re-recording re-signs),
  • will also obtain more lower-level documentation like ID’s/DL’s, etc.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Resolving customer service issues by providing incentives and escalating matters to legal or customer service corporate when needed.
  • Will be using FedEx regularly, completing check request forms, daily and monthly reporting.
Qualifications:

Qualifications: Mortgage background specifically customer service and post-closing background preferred.

 

Desired Education / Experience:

  • High school Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience with calling and emailing borrowers, obtaining post fund conditions
  • Office 365 experience

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
