Your missions

Position: Sales Development Representative - LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are experienced in B2B environments. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and responding to inbound inquiries. This role requires a strategic approach to develop and nurture leads, ensuring a robust pipeline for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Actively generate new sales leads through cold calling and email campaigns using outbound email software like LemList and MailShake.

Inbound Lead Follow-up:
Respond promptly to inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, identifying high-potential prospects.

Prospect Pre-qualification:
Evaluate potential clients to ensure they meet the company's criteria before moving forward in the sales process.

Appointment Setting:
Efficiently schedule detailed discussions between qualified prospects and Account Executives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably within B2B sales.
  • Strong ability to communicate and articulate the value propositions of our products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in CRM software, preferably Zoho.
  • Knowledge of lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, RocketReach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with the safety and industrial product channels; experience in sectors such as tattoo, hospice, and automotive industries is highly valued.
