Role and Responsibilities Lead cross-functional engagements and ensure cohesive delivery across Data & Analytics teams, often including Business Intelligence and Data Engineering Act as a strategic analytics partner for Dining & Convenience clients, proactively identify opportunities to expand client analytics maturityConduct data strategy programming, including assessing data signals, KPI setting, ecosystem and readiness assessments, roadmapping deliverables, and value creation cyclesProvide perspectives on necessary data advancement recommendations, including data warehousing, modeling, engineering, business intelligence, or other data activities to support business outcomesDesign reporting solutions, oversee development, and leverage the resulting dashboards to drive actionable insights for clients (weekly, monthly and/or quarterly business reviews)Use the results of the analysis to create a value narrative that communicates program success and persuades account and client stakeholders for expansion and investmentDirectly manage a team of BI Developers and Analysts who develop reporting and deliver ongoing analysis and insights to clients; ensure career growth, quality delivery, and maintain target billable utilization ratesWork closely with Analytics Platforms teams on app and web tracking requirementsPartner with Data Engineering teams on ingestion and transformation needs across various platformsEstablish the discovery and insight cadence with design, product, and strategy teams for continued optimizationPreferred Qualifications 6+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing analytics; consulting experience preferred, experience in dining industry preferred2+ years managing a team of technical practitioners Functional expertise with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio SQL expertise requiredExperience analyzing digital marketing data (app, web, CRM, paid media, social, etc.); familiarity with various methods of extractionExperience with Google Cloud Platform and Google BigQuery a plusKnowledge of core data warehouse concepts Keen eye for developing insightful data visualizationIndustry knowledge of the advanced analytics landscapeWe invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert
