How you will contribute:

In this role you will play a hands-on role equipping our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to exceed sales performance targets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that build the skills to accelerate the performance of our sales organization.


  • Develop and implement sales enablement training programs and initiatives to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of the sales team.
  • Provide coaching to outside and inside sales representatives to reinforce learning of their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions through various methods such as classroom training, workshops, virtual sessions, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments in sales leadership, marketing, product management and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement impactful training materials, including presentations, sales playbooks, e-learning modules, job aids, and other relevant resources.
  • Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure accuracy, measure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment with evolving sales strategies and product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry, Payroll or HR Services required.
  • Proven experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage and motivate learners of varying experience levels.
  • Proficiency in using training technologies and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and multimedia content creation software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Certifications in sales training, instructional design, or related areas are a plus.


Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site training sessions or conferences.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
