Who Are We Looking For

Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for VoIP and UC&C? We are currently looking for a 3rd-level Technical Support Specialist who plays a key role in evaluating, troubleshooting, and quickly resolving technical concerns and questions related to our products. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our growing team in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). 


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Respond to support queries by phone, email, chat, ticketing system
  • Advise customers on the proper use of the product
  • Work closely with partners and assist with large-scale deployments
  • Integrate Wildix with third-party products
  • Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to provide help in a timely manner
  • Work in collaboration with other members of the Technical Support Team and help with bugs/improvements
  • Manage tickets using Salesforce Service Cloud, OTRS, and JIRA
  • Offer technical advice for pre-sales queries
  • Train partner engineers on Wildix products
  • Develop complex technical solutions
  • Be ready for occasional travels and attending on-site events in the D/A/CH region
  • Native German speaker, good English spoken and written communication


What You Bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years of experience working with VoIP PBX systems and Unified Communications
  • Expert-level knowledge of VoIP protocols
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and analyzing call flows using Wireshark and other network analysis tools
  • Solid understanding of network technologies 
  • Good knowledge of Linux OS
  • Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (HyperV, VMware)
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications standards DECT / SIP / ISDN / Analog
  • Excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills
  • Dedication and commitment to teamwork



Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have multiple industry and vendor certifications such as Microsoft and Cisco
  • Have experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, webRTC

Hiring Process 

  • Discovery Interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 minutes)
  • Technical Interview with the Head of DE Support and  (45-60 minutes) to dive deeper into your hard skills
  • Final call with the Global Support Manager (30 minutes)
